Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg. potatoes, 1 clove of garlic, parsley, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Preparation:
Boil the potatoes, peel them and then press them. Add the chopped garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. When the mixture is warm, make some balls and fry them in hot oil after having dipped them in the beaten egg whites and the breadcrumbs. Place on absorbing paper, add more salt and serve the cazzilli hot.
