Ingredients for 4 people:
3 eggs, 3 small whole yogurts (better the creamy Greek one), 40 g. sugar, 1 cup of Marsala.
Preparation:
Beat the yolks with the sugar to obtain a soft and white cream. Add the yogurt and continue mixing.
Beat the egg whites and add them to the yogurt. Finally add the Marsala with delicacy.
Serve this delicious cream in cups ad accompanied by biscuits.
You can also use this cream to prepare light tiramisu or other sweets using fruit and biscuits, or to season a fruit salad instead of cream.
