Ingredients:

 

25 courgette flowers, white flour, 4 eggs, extra virgin olive oil, salt

 

Preparation:

 

Pour the zucchini flowers into the eggs with the flour. If you like, you can repeat this passage twice. Heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the zucchini flowers. When cooked, place on absorbing paper for a couple of minutes. Serve warm if possible.
