Ingredients for 6 people:

 

1 dose of short crust pastry; 10 madeleines (Proust’s famous biscuits) or 6 sponge fingers; sugar; butter; flour; 600 g. plums

 

Preparation:

Heat the oven at 180 degrees.

Cover a low baking tin with butter and flour and then roll out the short crust pastry. Riddle the base with a fork.

Place the biscuits and then on top the plums after having taken out the kernel, and also cut in half if necessary. Pour some sugar over the plums and some butter. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
