Fifth suicide in the Italian prisons from the beginning of the year: a non-EU detainee of 27 years old hung himself in Massa. The incident happened last night, at the health Service Unit: the man tied up a sheet in the shower. In the past two weeks 5 prisoners have committed suicide in the Italian prisons, so yesterday the Italian Council of Ministers declared the state of emergency.
