Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, their six children and inseparable English bulldog Jack have moved into a 15th-century palazzo on the Grand Canal in Venice for the next three months, local sources said Tuesday. 'Brangelina' and Co jetted in to catch the end of the Venice Carnival and will be staying on to help Jolie wrap a film with Johnny Depp.
The celebrity family, who recently denied a break-up, were seen riding a luggage-piled launch up to the Palazzo Mocenigo, midway between the Rialto and Accademia bridges, the Corriere del Veneto newspaper reported. Jolie is due to start shooting the final scenes for spy thriller The Tourist in mid-March. She plays a female Interpol agent trying to find a criminal and former lover by drawing American tourist Depp into a web of intrigue. The film is directed by Lives of Others Oscar winner Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck and the screenplay is by Christopher McQuarrie of Usual Suspects fame.
