He was wrapped in barbed wire and then use as a soccer ball. This is the story of a puppy who was saved by volunteers of animal rights activist associations from the unconceivable rage of some children who, in a province of Southern Italy, transformed a five-year-old puppy into a soccer ball.

The activists managed to save the animal, that was transported and treated in Verona. The puppy has severe wounds on his body caused by the kicks and the barbed wire. Now “Spighetto”, this is the puppy’s name, is looking for a new family, “but be carful, I want to be adopted only by real animal lovers. No soccer…”.
