To reopen brothels (and oblige prostitutes to pay taxes), close Rai (only one public channel would be enough) and oblige layabouts to stay home (because if they go the office they disturb those who want to work). This is what the Minister for Streamlining Roberto Calderoli said during the TV programme “Klauscondicio”.
“We have open brothels again. Prostitutes must pay taxes. A person – said Calderoli – can have certain sexual “needs” and if he wants to satisfy himself, he can do it, but without disturbing other people, especially in the presence of families and children”.
As far as Rai is concerned, Calderoli underlined that it is not his sector, but his ideas are very clear. “I don’t really appreciate TV. I would close Rai and start from the beginning. The public service does not have the aims that some would like to give it. When the centre-right governs, everybody says that Berlusconi influences the news, viceversa when there’s the centre-left, it’s the same thing”.
“I believe – continued Calderoli – that we should evaluate the presence of three public channels or if only one public channel would be enough, with objective information, something different form the other channels. Mediaset’s success depends on the different types of channels, they complete themselves. In Rai instead they all fight one against the other”.
