A recipe a day… chicken with honey and aromatic vinegar

Ingredients for four people:

 

2 chicken breasts

2 spoons of honey

200 ml. liquid cream

3 spoons of aromatic vinegar

1 knob of butter

Pepper

Salt 

 

Preparation

 

Cut the chicken breast into slices or square bits. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the chicken and brown. Season with salt and pepper.

When the chicken is almost cooked pour into the fry pan the cream, the honey and the aromatic vinegar. Mix all the ingredients well. Taste to control if salt and pepper are necessary. Serve this superlative chicken breast accompanying it with basmati rice cooked with an oriental recipe or with some bourghul or quinoa boiled. If you want to follow the original French recipe, accompany the chicken with egg fettuccini seasoned with some butter.
