Codacons, the Italian association that defends consumers, will present a formal legal notice to the Health Ministry and to Aifa concerning the security of the vaccine against the virus H1N1. The association is worried about the adjuvant MF 59 composed of squalene. During the TV programme on La7 “Exit” Codacons announced that the association will ask the Health Ministry how the pharmaceutical industry found the time to test the adjuvant and if the use of immunologic adjuvants (aluminium and squalene) is suitable to such a wide spread vaccination campaign.
