Ingredients:
6 chicken wings; 2 spoons of extra-virgin olive oil; 100 ml dry white wine; 20 g. honey; salt; pepper
Preparation: Oil the chicken wings and place them in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 10 minutes. Add wine and continue cooking in the oven for another 10 minutes. Brush the wings with honey and place the bowl in the oven. Keep in the oven until the wings become candied. When they become brown, remove from the oven and serve with green salad.
