“I still believe in serious magistrates that pronounce serious judgments, based on the facts. If I were condemned, I would stay in my place in order to defend democracy and the State which is subject to the rule of law”. This is what the Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi said during an interview with Bruno Vespa for his book “Donne di cuori” that will be published by Rai Eri- Mondadori on Friday, 6th of November. Talking about the sentence against lawyer Mills, Berlusconi said : “I’m sure the Italian Supreme Court will annul it”.
