A recipe a day… easy pizzette

Ingredients for 6 people:

 

12 slices of bread;

250 g. of ripe tomatoes;

100 g. mozzarella;

extra-virgin oil; oregano; salt

 

Preparation:

Eliminate the hard crust from the bread, brush with oil and cut into circles.

Cut the mozzarella and the tomatoes into square bits. Drain them.

Place on the bread circles the tomatoes and the mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and salt. Cook in oven at 180 degrees for around 8 minutes and serve hot.
