Four carabinieri were arrested in Rome because they are accused of blackmail to extort money from Lazio’s governor Marrazzo. The four carabinieri are accused of asking 80 thousand Euros because they had a video of Marrazzo’s private life.

The four arrested are petty officers of a carabinieri station in Rome and were arrested by the Ros carabinieri. The governor: they want to dishonour my reputation. “An attempted extortion was discovered, but there is nothing behind it. I feel embittered and bewildered especially of how a couple of months before the elections people try to dishonour the man Marrazzo to hit President Marrazzo”. This is the comment of the governor of Lazio, who added “I want to thank the judiciary and the carabinieri for their serious job”.
