The women imagined by Luisa Beccaria for the next spring-summer 2010 and presented at the Milan pre-à-porter, will wear dresses down to their feet, just on the knee or short that will dress women and girls with a retro touch, never vulgar, inspired by the Hollywood golden age. Mothers and daughters in love with the 50s, will wear lace cocktail dresses, multi-layer tulle, linen hemp, Sangallo lace and polka-dots.

The fashion designer calls them “crispy fabrics”, that will give life to one-shoulder dresses and bustiers, in order not to renounce contemporary seduction. Multi-tone belts, but also golden ones, that tighten the waist of these fascinating women, who, when cold, wear flowery coats. The colours used for these creations are romantic nuances taken from the most beautiful colours of a spring garden: they go from pink to light lilac, from brilliant purple to grey-blue and ivory white, golden and silver, similar to the moon’s glare, used on taffeta for elegant dresses.

These women wear high silver sandals with pink, grey and water green nuances. Their hair has natural colours and is very long, arranged with fabric ribbons or with pony tails, and slightly messed up as if they had run through the grass on cool spring day. Make-up is gentle, with pink and delicate red lips.
