Montezemolo and Fini reassure the Prime Minister,
they have nothing to do with plots…on the contrary

Luca Cordero di Montezemolo conceded a long interview to Sky TV denying allegations concerning him and to refer that he only created an organization called Italia Futuro, not a political party. The fact that his organization is very similar to the one founded by the President of the lower chamber Gianfranco Fini, Fare Futuro, is just a coincidence. Those who imagined a Nation’s party lead by the President of Ferrari and sponsored by Gianfranco Fini just created fiction-politics, nothing more.

A couple of days before Montezemolo, Fini had to explain that he had nothing to do with spiteful people, that the only possible government is the one already existing and if it falls, the Italian should vote again. While Montezemolo has to safeguard Fiat against Berlusconi – there is an extension of the incentives for cars at stake – Fini is obliged to swear every two days that he has no intention of overturning the Prime Minister. But the President of the lower chamber often had to intervene to tidy up institutional matters. The last one concerning Berlusconi’s invective against the President of the Republic, accused of not having supported the government against the constitutional judges when deciding on the Alfano bill. On this theme, like in other situations, Fini did not agree with Berlusconi, asking for respect for the Constitutional Court and the President of the Republic, but he had to repeat once again that he is still on the Prime Minister’s side.
